You do not seem to be a risk-seeking person. To the contrar,
you are a prudent stable heterosexual family father.
There are a few symptomes you have not discussed:
1.Are you running a daily low-grade fever?
2.Are you experiencing a persistent sore throat?
Now let us see what your leadings symptomes are:
1.Bilateral symmetric wrist pain

2.Bilateral symmetric heel pain

After an apparent upper respiratory viral infection.
Diffential diagnosis must by necessity include
sero-positive arthropathies. Standard laboratory
tests can clarify those conditions.
A throat swab and multiple blood cultures for endocarditis
are indicated. People with a disposition to
rheumatic fever remain vulnerable to bacterial infections that
invade heart valves. Because of your age and gender I venture
to suspect in you at present an apical systolic murmur indicating
a mild mitral regurgitation.
In genetically vulnerable persons RNA viral infections can cause a
self-limiting immunopathy associated with wide-spread inflammation of connective tissue.
If you have long-standing problems with FALLING ARCHES now is the time to seek foot rehabilitation.
When carrying shopping bags please wear splints.
You can easily tear a tendon. Carpal tunnel syndrome-like pictures
are seen. Local oedema can press on the median nerve
