Vergleich von MTX in Tablettenform („orale Gabe“) und in Spritzenform („parenterale Gabe“): Bei subkutaner Verabreichung (s.c. = lat. subcutan, Spritze unter die Haut) war bei Patienten mit rheumatoider Arthritis (RA) die Wirksamkeit von MTX im Vergleich zur oralen Gabe höher, zugleich wurde keine erhöhte Rate an Nebenwirkungen beobachtet.
